Dear IS2 Staffing Services Inc.: I would like to apply for the Job Bank Posting - Personnel recruitment officer (NOC: 1223). I have global referrals with unlimited sales reach. Choosing me to sell a staffing service that recruits the best available candidates for your customer's available positions. I have virtual offices in every province and most major centers. I can leverage the power of search engines in relation to my 230 + websites to: 1. Identify current and prospective staffing requirements. 2. Prepare and post notices and advertisements. 3. Collect and screen applicants. 4. Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms and conditions of employment. 5. Review candidate inventories (Resupply if Necessary). 6. Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews. 7. Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions (Fun). 8. Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates. 9. Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers. 10. Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures. 11. Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures. 12. Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training. 13. Provide information or services such as employee assistance, counselling and recognition programs.
